Pam signs formal documentation to acquire 100% interest in 1200 km2 Tama Atacama Lithium Brine Project
Pam Resources Inc., one of the world’s leading players in the Lithium exploration and development sector have confirmed the completion of formal documentation for the acquisition of a 100% interest in the 1200 km2 Tama Atacama Lithium Brine Project situated in the Atacama Salar, Chile.
The project, which is the largest portfolio of Brine-hosted Lithium project, will provide Pam Resources with a competitive advantage as it seeks to exploit battery-grade Lithium from the rich veins of the Atacama Salar. The project has been estimated to hold two of the largest Lithium resources in Chile and provide access to 100% of the Lithium reserves present in the region.
The investment by Pam Resources comes just weeks after they announced the acquisition of the Atacama Chilcupto Lithium Project and demonstrates the company’s commitment to becoming a major player in the Lithium industry. The strong potential of the Tama Atacama Lithium Brine project means there is now no doubt that Pam Resources is set to become a leader in the lithium space.
The acquisition is also significant given that the project includes a portfolio of six prospective exploration properties located within a highly prospective geological terrain and provides access to existing infrastructure that is suitable for the development and exploitation of the Lithium Brine resources.
This significant acquisition not only positions Pam Resources as one of the largest Lithium producers in the world, but will also create an invaluable opportunity for the company to become a supplier of battery-grade Lithium to the world’s leading Lithium ion battery makers.
Pam Resources have made it clear that they are here to stay and will use this opportunity to create long-term value for the company and its stakeholders. Their continued commitment to the Lithium exploration and development sector marks them out as a key player in the future of the industry.
